I wanted to make a purchase online, however I could not succeed with the transaction as my card is not linked to do online purchases as per the service provider I wanted to purchase from. I phoned Nedbank's call centre to explain this. After being transferred 4 times I gave up as the 4th person couldnt understand what my query was about. Aaarrgghhh. What is up with the call centre staff? do they just wanna push up stats and reach target with all the transferring of calls. I think I need to move my account elsewhere!!!
