On the 29 November 2013, I went to the Eikestad Mall Branch to change my card that was not working anymore. I was helped by Xander at the branch at enquiries. After serval attempts to use my card I returned again. A 2nd card was issued and it still after that did not work. I returned a third time to the bank and they phoned the head office to asked what was wrong. They said that my account was never linked to my account. After that visit my card worked again. I did not lodge a complaint because I was happy that my card worked.

Today I wanted to purchase an online ticket and my card does not want to work. I phoned the call centre and after my call was dropped several times, I was told that the service was not activated.

With my previous card I could have purchased online. They telling me that I need to go into the branch now.

It is unacceptable service! I did not tell them to deactivate my online purchases.

I moved from ABSA to Capitec Bank fot better service, but at this moment I think I need to move to another bank again.

I revered so many clients to you... At this moment I wish I did not do that!

I very unhappy with Capitec Bank!
