Why pay for house insurance

I phoned unitrust for a claim on the 22cnd July 2013 my house was over flowing with water me & my family was sweeping out water till what time of nite the next day 23rd July 2013 I phoned the claims department advising them of what happend they informed me they will only send some one out 7pm I advised them they can't come so late they must come earlier I was advised no only 7pm its the 24th already up untill today nobody came out to my house I want this insurance cancelled they quick to phone or send u emails & letters stating they have not received payment you are not coverd for them threatning you but when it comes to you foning thm they don't give u service but they wane take you money every month cancel this.
