I contacted your call centre on 0860103116 today. After 15 minutes and 10 seconds, my issue was still not resolved. I settled my personal loan in full on 26.06.2013 with the balance reflecting as R0.00. I visited your Cape Gate Branch during the course of that week, cancelling and stopping the debit order and loan. I received an sms today advising that a debit order for this cancelled loan will process from my account tomorrow. The call centre consultant was unable to help me, took almost 2 minutes to take down my email address and almost 5 minutes to give me an email address to where I can submit a complaint. Hopefully after this email, the matter will be resolved.
