Been Banking with this bank for years. Decided to go for a re-advance and Further loan. Application gave me hassles first (on-line pdf) but got around it after doing it again. Sent all documents through thereafter. Am dealing with a sales consultant directly at the Home-loan call centre. i have been approved, actually more than what i applied for. I addressed this again and stated that i need a specific amount on re-advance and the balance to be on a further loan. I get approval for a less amount now and after not even accepting the approval all my home-loan details start changing eg amounts, terms etc. What the hec!

I address this issue, clearly sending an email again of what i want, takes forever now an going into the second week! Get an email sent to the wrong email address an also to my wife email, she forwards to me and it now says Declined!! Called the same consultant again, he says he doesn't know why i got that email and should ignore it. Now sends an email to his manager saying the whole story cos he is away on training.
When i even asked for my consultant at first, the lady asks me if this is work related, REALLY!!
