My last update i received was on the 17th, they send my statements to a wrong address for 2 year then in the second year they want to come and collect my money. This means the statements was returned however in the two year they never contacted me to find out why the statements is returned, due to a mistake they made.

I want this sorted out, and no more collectors phoning me
