I am utterly disgusted of the level of service offered by FNB's loan and accounts department. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lebogang Photo requesting her to assist me with a settlement letter. She informed me that I am receiving an amount with 20% discount. I paid the amount and only 3 DAYS later the status of my account was updated but it showed that I still owed money and to this day FNB hasn't updated it. Lebo told me that she will call me back to give me more information BUT I HAD TO WASTE MY AIRTIME AND TIME TO CALL HER BECAUSE SHE TOOK AGES TO CALL ME BACK. How can you say some one gets a discount on their account but then you still put the client as some one that is still owing you!!! A GUY BY THE NAME OF JACOB SONGOANA WAS EMAILED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT BUT HE CLEARLY IGNORED THE REQUEST AND WAS INCOMPETENT TILL THIS DAY!!! I AM GOING TO THE NEWSPAPERS WITH THIS!!! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO FNB FOR ANY ASSISTANCE!!! EVEN RIGHT NOW, I HAVE A PAID UP LETTER FROM FNB BUT THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT SHOWS THAT I OWE THEM!!! WHAT RUBBISH!!! I WANT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED BECAUSE I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING!!!
