Incorrect debit unauthorised

I made arrangement to pay for my overdue account with standard bank that ill pay the due amount R 3800 and then for this month to debit R1900 on the 25th as per recorded conversation, both debits went off in a week and two days apart, i didn't agree on that so i would like the responsible agent to apologise and rectify the mistake then repay me or he be reviewed as i didn't authorise it
