Standard Bank
No debit order reversal to account

I bought airtime on the 25th of December 2012 for R200.00 and the bank debited my account but didn't buy my airtime. I reported the matter they finally promised me to reverse the debit within 14 days, until now I have not gotten my money. I really need my R200.00 it is now overdue. What is Standard bank playing?
