Why pay premiums for company that does not delive

Its been about 2 weeks now since i handed my case to scorpion and till today i have not been updated on whats going on. Its this how scorpion conduct their business. I think i made a wrong decision by choosing you guys as my legal aid. Having a platinum account with you i always hoped that i will get superior service, but i was wrong. You just love taking premiums and still left clients in the dark. I need explanation as to why i have repetitively call in to get feed back and the legal advisor never came back to me. i think i must just cancel this service and get a better legal aid
