After my complaint "50% increase in premium without notification" (on 11th of July at 18h10) I received an email telling me that the case will be looked at. The next day I received a call from some lady, listening to my complaints and assuring me, that she will get back to me in an email the same day or latest the next day, explaining in detail what happened and why and how ABSA Insurance will solve the issue. I requested also details about how to proceed if I would like to cancel this insurance because of the really bad or better not existing service they deliver. She said she will include all this information in her email.
To proof again how poor their service is, I never received anything or was contacted again in this matter after this one phone call...
At the end the issue is still not solved until now and their service obviously worse than ever before, just empty promises.
