No Feedback, no response, wrong information!

I am still awaiting ANY feedback, after discussing an astronimical increase of R 3100, PAYING R 6400 I am still waiting on them to uodate their records, two accounts paid in full, but I STILL pay, so frustrating, you do not get ANY feedback at all, this after 2 years of paying... oh no, so frustrating!!! I have phoned, emailed, aboput 10 times allready to no avail! HELP PLEASE!!!
