I went to Centurion small business division to FICA a pty on my name. Nayna was very unwilling to help me and told me I had to go to Inquiries. Apparently it is now Inquiries job to FICA companies. I went to Inquiries but they had no idea on how to FICA a company. I was in ABSA for over a hour on Friday and the company is still not FICA.

Apart from her bad attitude, Nayna did not realize that they might have told Inquiries to do FICA they still have to train them. The guys at Inquiries tried really hard to help me but did not know how.

I think the Business division is trying to push their work off on others and at the end of the day the client suffers.

Please help me to get this company FICA! Why does everything have to be so difficult with ABSA?
