I sent my first email on the 3rd of January to try apply for a credit card. I keep getting the same automated response every time I try follow up. I haven't moved forward in the process at all. When I spoke to some one again today I was asked if I had sent my documentation, which I did within an hour of some one actually calling me last week! Why is there so much disorganization and lack of feedback?

I needed this card by January 28 and have now wasted the whole month where I could have gone elsewhere.
