3 HELLOPETER REPORTS AND STILL NO RESULT

27 July will be 2 months and my instalment paid is still not in my account. Promises and more promises with hardly any feedback and still nothing is happening. My request to the CEO's office did not even deliver results. An person was assigned to my query and to my surprise with an email and request for feedback an out of office reply I'm on leave till 13 Aug, without any notice that someone else will go on with the query. This is the worse of service that I've ever experience and this is not acceptable. Unfortunately this deserve to go the next step
