Illegal debit orders and terrible service

There is a company illegally debiting my account and all Nedbank can do is put stop orders and hope to I close my account and reopen it, rather then get my money back or get rid of all the service fees I pay because I can't put money in my account or use it to its fullest potential. I am disgusted with the way my complaints are being handled and its almost three months since I laid the complaint and ten months since the illegal debit orders started again. I'm am disappointed with the way my complaint is being handled and very disappointed that my money is not safe with you as a whole.
