African Bank Loan Sub-Group Creation is USELESS

Applied for a loan/card combo package on Wednesday last week in order to purchase a car. It is now Monday and no news. They said a "sub-group" had to be created for my company. Everything else is approved. I was told the funds would be in my account on Thurs or Fri. I have phone twice daily to check the progress - nobody let's me know what is happening. First time i phoned i was told that they had to confirm employment - nobody has actually done this yet! Second time she said a "sub-group for my company was being created". I asked if I could get in contact with head office and was told "no, you must just wait".

Get your act together or rather tell your clients a loan takes 8 days instead of 2. Get back to me ASAP.
