I had to go in twice to the bank to FICA myself.
The first time they took my documents and told me I am now registered.
The second time I had to bring in all the documents again to the bank - because they lost it.
Now I received an SMS from ABSA to say my credit card is blocked becuase I failed to FICA myself.

I went to the bank on the 16th of Janaury and yet again they can't find my documetns and I have to bring it in again.

I refuse to stand in line and bring the documents in AGAIN - I do not have the time to stand in line the whole day.
So now my accounts are blocked and I am not registered ont he FICA SYSTEM. Who is repsonsible if the bank looses my stuff twice???
