ABSA, on the 25th of July 2013 just over R555 out of my account and lawfully that is. They asked me to send proof of my own car insurance which i did immediately. after a few days i received an sms to request my own insurance or they will deduct -/ R555 for Absa insurance. i resent my insurance and asked them to reply on the email. no email came through to me.the Absa call centre agents are so uneducated as they dont even know where the emails go to. they hardly know anything about absa. after phoning them today was like phoning another country where there was no education allowed. then they say, "someone will get back to you in 72hrs". Absa, you my money without permission, you get back to me now and not 72hrs. you are the not me. this is the reason why i said in your survey's that your customer service stinks and now you have proved it by having incompetent people working for you and my money without lawful permission. please get back to me as quick as possible. my reference 82270006.
