Worst service I have ever received from bank!!!

I am new home owner, and doing my bond via standard bank, but seems to be the biggest mistake ever.
I only need a Cession form from them to cede my personal life insurance towards the home loan (standard bank).
After speaking to 4-5 different people, and being advise to go into the branch, it takes about 5-10 minute for them to find out what this document is. then they all have different story, and the all log new queries or request the same info again, and then every time they say 3 working days, it has been 3 weeks now, has been escalated numerous times, and now my registration is falling behind. i have spoken to different departments, team leader. no one returns any calls, not even the complaint department has returned the call. I am currently on another call for over 20 min, and once again the consultant has a different story.
the attorneys whom has appointed by standard bank is waiting for this to register the property.
WHEN I BUY MY 2ND PLACE, EVEN IF STANDARD BANK HAS THE BEST RATES I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... NEVER... I HAVE RECEIVED BETTER SERVICE FROM BLIND DONKEY WITH 2 LEGS..
