I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service and feedback from all staff at Essential Med. Just like the product they are all talk but no walk. The Terms and Conditions around the policy is dodgey to say the least and the I have never encountered so many incompetent and inefficient staff at one company. This company sells you everything you don't need and don't tell you what they don't cover until you claim, then all sorts of clauses are pulled out. The last 8 months of battling to have a claim paid has been the worst of my life. I have never ever before had to call to a company myself at least 3 times per week for an entire 8 months, leaving messages only to have NOBODY return your call (namely Nicolene, Ulyssia, Leandra, Clarrise) and now being told they will not pay after two staff members confirmed that payment will be made (calls are recorded). I am more than happy with my decision to cancel and they may have won on holding back on some money, but the loss that my word of mouth will create in the networks I encounter will do greater brand damage, not to mention profit loss. A company that carries your life in their hands should show more ethics and care
