Bank failing to refund transaction

I have a cheque account with FNB on the 11th i tried to pay for a flight ticket with [URL Removed] and it failed to go through on Kululas side. but the bank debited my account and i went toi the Ellof branch in JHB CBD and was told it will be credited back, even now no luck.

its been more than 7 days, whats the use of having the stupid account if i cant use it like you advertised, i have to book another more expensive flight wen u busy delaying me. nxaaaa
