Harrassed for my account being Overdue

I have a loan with Wonga which was due for payment on the 4th of July before the withdrawal date, i took the initiative to call the call centre to make them aware that i wont be able to meet the deadline date of payment can we arrange for another date the consultant who answered my call said it wont be possible as the debit order has been set already. After my debit order date passed i called the collections department and spoke to Vuyo who was very helpful in resolving my query but shocked to realise that last week Monday in the evening on my way home to receive a threatening from call from one of the Wonga consultants that if idont make a payment they will be forced to take a legal action. I mean really as a consumer and customer i took the initiative to call their call centre and the consultant was reluctant to assist and now they are busy harrassing my life as though i am refusing to pay them whereas i have been calling their call centre to make an arrangement to pay month end July if this is the mannerism in which they treat their customers iam sorry and wont ever take a loan with them after settling them in full. They threaten to degrade my credit profile like really.
