REFUND

Cancellation of vehicle VDL399GP which was reported on the 12/01/2012.On the 3rd July 2013 Lesego CONFIRMED that request was received and payout will be made from 01 March 2012 to 1 June 2013 and the money will be paid within seven working days, to my suprise when i called a lady called Noluthando Mabaso said they are still going to do their investigation, she didn't come back to me i called and she said they only going to do the payout from January to June 2013, on the 24 July she confirmed that the money will be in the account by the 9th August 2013 and we did not receive the money. This morning i called her she requested the bank account number i ask her how was she going to make the payout if she request me for the account number. Iam very unhappy can you please help, the money should be refunded from 01 March 2012 to 01 June 2013, because they have been deducting money and the request for was received as confirmed by Lesego
