No feedback on overdraft application

Hello Peter, I have applied for a business overdraft facility at fnb on 11 December 2013 of which I was told that the application will take 5working days. Today marks working day number 9 and I still have not received any feedback.
As I run an estate agency most of my clients have applied or home loans through fnb therefore I view this matter as very irresponsible of fnb and as sabotage towards my business.
If fnb treats its business clients then I would urge businesses to refrain from using fnb services.
