My mom was insured on my group scheme. She died the 5th July and I submitted the forms the 11th after I called to find out what is required. Cannot get through to find out what the delay is, got to a prompt were I could leave a message and they promised to call back within 24 hours. This is now 48 hours later and nobody called back. After a week nobody opened my mail. Today I asked to speak to a manager and got voice mail asking me to leave a message, will call back. End of day and nobody called. This is bad for insurance, because when it comes to claims, it shows their true colour. I had to use my credit card to pay for the tickets to attend her funeral and need to replace it. Who is going to pay the interest on my credit card?
