Debited extra money from account

I had a loan with African bank then i decided to settle the loan, i did that but the was an amount of 310 that i didn't pay.

last month end they debited R589 INSTEAD OF R310 I went to trade route mall, i explain to the lady she told me to phone head office since she cant phone them.on the 10th of July 2013 i was told that my money will be refunded into my account within 48 hours. i phoned them on 12th they started again taking my details and promised to process it on the system.
i phoned them again on the 16 i was told that they will look into it. i wonder if you treat all your client like this please no phone calls i need my money into my account immediately
