I had a non motor claim. My TV was struck by lightening. I called and logged my claim with my Broker (SWM). Discovery agent called me to take down my claim details. An assessor was appointed, The TV was assessed the next day, report given to Discovery and claim finalised. What an excellent service delivert. I did not have to run around and get quotes. Day 3 I had a brand new TV delivered to me as promised.
