Having followed all the steps to change salary payment and moving my debit order for my loan, I still get sms's telling me I am in serious arrears and threatening me with legal action. I have to spend precious time in the phone sorting out problems which should not have existed due to my following correct procedures. According to the call centre my details are now correct. After having many problems with this bank I am now ready to move all my business to another bank. One who would value my business despite me being a non-important single entity.
