No communication and waste of my time!!!

My first point of contact with this Bank has been pathetic! I opened an acc online, when is was delivered i handed over my proof of address etc and was told everything was fine. Not once was i ever told that i will need to go to the branch to take my docs in again? what is the purpose of opening it online??? I only discovered this when i wantedto do a pin reset at the promenade branch. Today I went to the tygervalley branch in my lunch hour which is limited to be helped by a pathetic consultant Chanaaz. i sat down and all she said is im now with u and then disappears she done that for about 40 minutes!! so im sitting there fuming while she does not speak and i dont know what she is doing, i had to ask! she tells me something ridiculous of she must combine profiles only then does she tell me oh your acc is long time activated you can use it?? seriously, the lack of her communication skills caused me to be late at work from my lunch and now I must return to have "profiles combined"?? utter nonsense! u claim to be innovative?? I will not be returing to combine any profile, the tygetvalley branch has a copy of my ID and proof of address so I expect it to be done manually asap
