Claim and Regret taking the Cove

I took a funeral cover for my siblings and now one of them is dead, he died and the house he was found in burned down, i just received a call saying that i must submit a post motem report, which could take 18 mon to 5 years according to the Investigation officer, so you are telling me that I must wait that long to get the 5000? that is not acceptable, you mean this guy has died and they are waiting for Carbon monoxide as they suspect that what cause his death, this could be murder hence they are saying under investigation and the fact that the house burned down which could lead to a huge House claim. I am suffering now because of that, it does not matter what would be the outcome is, my brother is dead and I need the money, i had to borrow the money to pay for his funeral, now FNB is telling me that i must wait for this report, we all know this will take forever hence i took this cover. I have suffered Enough please don't add salt to my wound, can I have this money ASAP.I called yesterday on the 17 July 2013 and left a message but nobody returned my call, today again I called and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, was told he is in the meeting. Meetings the whole day?
