DRAGGING WITH BOND

I have been granted a bond through FNB. All documents have been submitted to the bond attorneys, Snymans Inc. They have now advised that FNB is refusing to give them the confirmation that they may proceed to instruct the transferring attorney to lodge. Apparently we have not completed the "borrowers education". I confirm that this program was completed online more than a month ago. Please stop delaying, alternatively provide me with information that you still need. I have attempted to contact Lerato but her phone remains unanswered, thus I am reverting to this forum.
