Bank wont give proceed to lodge

We received our bond approval with FNB in Jan, there was a bond condition where we had to supply an engineer's certificate for the roof. That has been done (29 Mar 13) and to this day the bank hasnt given the attorneys the proceed to lodge. Its been 8 weeks. I am very dissapointed by FNB.
