I had an agreement with Standard Bank for Contract Service, and now I will like to cancel it totally, but I was told I cant, the second option to reduce the money, and today I went to the bank to Enquries and they told me to see the Consultant to reduce not to cancel, and I need my money ASAP, so I have to wait until 27 Frebruary.

The service from Standard Bank is very poor.
