Outsurance
Outsurance does not give ecellent service

I wrote off my car outsurance payed out bt left me with 16500 excess, I only found out about a top up contract after I wrote mr off they did not offer me the contract neither did they offer me the choice of buying the car back or having it repaired, in the quote I explained 2 them that I am new 2 insurance and car finance then they saw the oppertunity to rip me off as I was not aware of how top up works and they did not bother to explain or ask me anythng as they just want the money, I see a lot of adverts that say they bend over backwards I find it totally wrong as they don't look after there clients keep them happy they just want to make money anyway they can, I will never ever recomend outsurance to any1 ever nor will I ever take insurance with them.
