Poor customer service from FNB

I opened up a business account with FNB. I was told that the account was activated on Friday 5 July 2013. I was told I would get a call shortly to have my card delivered to me. Despite numerous enquiries about my card, I have still not been contacted by the courier company. I am unable to get onto online banking because I do not have my card to activate the account online.
I called Fawzia Cox at 10h00 this morning and she undertook to call me back with feedbank in the next half hour. Needless to say I'm still waiting for feedback.
