Website is poorly designed

I am trying to make a query on the Nedbank website ("talk to us"); but it requires mandatory fields that should not be mandatory [ID, etc which I do not wish to enter; I would rather confirm that when someone gets back to me].

The complaint is regarding the greenback programme.
