Incompentent and Service is non existant!!!

A judgement has been granted against me in April 2008 and the debt settled in 2009. Both ITC and Experian has removed the Judgement from my profile but XDS still has it listed. I've sent 2 emails over the past 2 weeks without any response whatsoever, not even an automatic reply. Today I decided to give them a call which was also a pointless exercise, been transferred to 3 different people and haven't spoken to one person that knows what they are doing or could assist in any way. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency, I will escalate to the NCR in the meantime!!!
