Please help me, I m having a problem with outsurance they agree to cover my house from FNB when I bought the house and now I having a situation where by I cannot control it. my house has a cracks and my guyser burst damage my ceilling and they told me that they will only cover the guyser not the ceilling whereas the ceilling was affected when the guyser burst and No. 2 I have crack on the wall assessor to go check those cracks and I was told that those cracks are not covered THEY TOLD ME MY HOUSE WAS BUILD ON TOP OF THE CLAY, how will I know the house was build on the clay why didnt they assess the house before they can accept it from the bank that they will insure the structure of the building please I need help otherwise I will take it to my lawyer to deal with this situation bcos I cannot keep on paying the insurance and when I have a problem they not prepared to help their clients
