Judgement not removed after 20 days

Yesterday (04/11/2013) I called to find out if my judgement was removed since I sent all the necessary documents long time ago. The lady confirmed that my judgement was removed. Then today (05/11/2013) I pulled my credit report from XDS and the judgement is still there. Can you pls help me pls?
