Oustanding payment on claim for more than 9 weeks!

This is my last resort. All other means have failed. On the 18th of May 2013 we took our son to an out of Network provider with a fever of 40, because it was late on a Saturday afternoon. This was only my second attempt at claiming in the almost 1 year I have been with Essential Med. The first time I tried to claim a home assist, after three days they told me to cancel the call as they don't have a service provider in my area. On the following Monday 20 May 2013, I submitted ALL my documents for an out of network claim and was told to expect my refund within 30 days. I have sent 5 e-mails, made countless phone calls, but I have received no money as of yet and no feedback. Previously I have spoken to a Jolandie who promised it would be refunded by the 5th or at the latest 12th of July (apparently they only pay Fridays). Now I have been referred to Valerie who last time I spoke to her, promised to get back to me by Monday 22 July after she had spoken to care cross. Nothing! I am getting so sick and tired of this. This is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. You NEVER struggle to get money out of me, why should I struggle to get money from you?
