I purchased electricity via cellphone banking and when I was waiting for the transaction to be processed I received an sms saying your transaction has timed out please check your ballance and try again. I checked my ballance and the money is still the same and the purchase did not go through, I then purchase the electricity again, but this time my account was deducted with twice the amount purchase. The next day I called FNB and explain what happen the consultant said he will log the fault for and I should call back in 3 days. I called back in 3 days spoke to a different person who said no feedback yet but I won't get my money back and I told you will escalate this matter cause clearly you can track and see that amount was unchanged after the first purchase. He asked me hold on and went to speak to someone, when he returned he told me that have checked and my account was not deducted after the first purchase and he will escalate the matter, however today when I called after waiting another week for feedback I spoke to Pinky who advise me that I will not get my money back. I dont want the electricity I want my money back. Ref number 46536
