Yesterday morning, I was on my way to work. I lost my phone after I noticed that my sling bag was open, after I got out of the bus and just before I took a taxi to my final destination.

He is so friendly, so efficient and he guided me through the whole process yesterday, as to what I need to do. I went to the police station, blacklisted the phone and this morning I was so busy at work, he called me out of the blue.
