HI,
I AM A NEW FNB BANKER AND QUITE DISGUSTED WITH THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE. EVERYTIME I TRY TO TRANSACT IT DECLINES ME FOR SOME REASON. I TRIED BUYING ELECTRICY OVER THE WEEKEND AND IT DECLINED ME ON MY LIMIT BEING EXCEEDED. MY LIMIT HAS BEEEN SET TO R1500 WHICH I HAVE NEVER USED. I HAD TO RESORT TO CELL PHONE BANKING WHICH I CANNOT STAND AND DO NOT LIKE. CELL PHONE BANKING ALSO SAID SERVICE UNAVAILABLE - TRY AGAIN LATER. I CALL THE CALL CENTRE ONLY FOR THE AGENT TO TELL ME THAT FNB'S WEBSITE CHECKS WHERE I LOG IN THE MOST. WE AT WORK MOST OF THE TIME SO I LOG IN FROM HERE AND OCCASIONALY FROM HOME . SO WHEN I TRY TO BUY ELECTRICY FROM HOME, I GET DECLINED. YET I ENTER ALL THE CORRECT USER NAMES AND PASSWORD. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME. i AM BEGINNING TO REGRET STARTING TO BANKING WITH FNB. WHAT IF CELL PHONE BANKING NEVER WORKED, I WOULD BE WITH NO ELECTRICY. I SUPPOSE YOU WANT ME TO DRIVE FROM THE WEST RAND TO ISANDO TO LOAD ELECTRICY!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
