During the last couple months I have been sending information through to the wesbank call centre requesting my account be capitalised. basically I have received no service and absolutely pathetic responses from a institute such as Wesbank. Where are the staff hired from?? Do they even know what they are supposed to be doing? My last request has gone without a response. Every time I sent through all supporting docs with proof of payment so I cant understand the lack of service and now should they contact me I'm sure they are going to waste my time and request the documentation again. The absolute joy of contacting the fruit pickers at Wesbank because they obviously don't know what they were hired for!!!
