Incompetence = MFC

My motor vehicle finance account has a balance of around R 87 000 as of July 1, 2013. MFC have on numerous occasions failed to explain their new statement, and have made an absolute mess of ITC for me. I still do not know much exactly i owe as they cannot explain this simplest of queries.
2 reports drawn in July 2013 from ITC show remaining terms of 1921 & 1978 MONTHS(??), with my outstanding balance now showing as R 242, 211. The car cost R139K in 2009!! Each time i email [Email Removed] i get an inane response from some agent who hasn't a clue how to deal with people. I'm sick and tired of them!! Nobody has called me to explain why they have made such a hash of things.
