What is going on with MFC???

I am being charged again for Initial Finance Charge? I had the same problem at the beginning of this year, and they rectified the problem.

My statement in April was R69 335.48, how possibly could my outstanding balance suddenly be R80 864.20???

Is my statement at the end of July going back to my finance amount of R95, 000 in 2010?

Could someone please explain this logic to me, as this is clearly a rip-off!!!
