Bad service and lack of feedback

I am so disappointed in mfc of whom I have a vehicle account with, they are so fast and on point to take the money but when it comes to clients been treated fairly and correctly advice non is done as if they are not regulated mfc is one of the companies that get people indebted unnecessarily, I send them emails called send my documents that im retrenched instead if advising me they they send a collector by the name of Marrie to tell me my account is in arrears, I am so disgusted at the level of service as a financial institution I am also gong to report them to the ombudsman as I plan to take this matter to the legal stage
