OnePlan has a sophisticated system of messages and emails to tell you when you owe, when something is paid and when you've loaded your card... but I am YET to see that it works efficiently! I've been a customer for one year and I am so SICK AND TIRED of their claims department NOT getting it right.

I've been getting requests for excess since last year, BUT have called more times than I can remember to instruct you to take the payment off the premium paying account BUT NO... although I get the message

WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU???

And then to add insult to injury I have three claims for ONE incident and my premium is put up. Heaven help me if I get really sick... I'll start owing YOU. I've been with you one year and had NOTHING but hassles
