Insurance debited earlier unpaid charges

I have a funeral cover with Standard bank that is debited on the 20th, and when ever the 20th falls on a Sunday they debit on the 21st or the Sunday of the 20th as we get paid on that day, but show how without notification it went off on the 19th. Now I'm charged with an unpaid item which will decrease my credit scoring because over night they decided to change policies and procedures. Called the general banking department was put on hold for over 10mins.
